CSFB MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-2 is the Plaintiff and PERSONAL BUSSINES GREMAFA INC CCS-VE; DECEASED BORROWER SCRA PURPOSE ONLY; SUNCREST VILLAS PHASE 2 HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR FRANKLIN FINANCIAL; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 IN POSSESSION OF THE PROPERTY N/K/A ROSA HERNANDEZ are the Defendants, The Clerk, Tiffany Moore Russell will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 7/16/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
