NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated June 2, 2015, and entered in Case No. 48-2014-CA-005621-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein JPMC SPECIALTY MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and CARL DRAY; DOROTHY DRAY A/K/A DOROTHY FALINDA DRAY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR SPECIALIZED LOAN SERVICING, LLC; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Tiffany Moore Russell will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 7/7/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
