NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 3rd day of June, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2012CA-001452-0000-WH, of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for POLK County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, FOR NEW CENTURY HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2004-4 is Plaintiff and ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST, BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST BARBARA A. GABRIAU A/K/A BARBARA GABRIAU, DECEASED; CHRISTINE M. O'KEEFE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KATHLEEN FOURNIER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LINDA WILKERSON; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY (AS TO UNIT 1) 120 N NEKOMA AVENUE, LAKE ALFRED, FL 33850; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY (AS TO UNIT 2) 120 N NEKOMA AVENUE, LAKE ALFRED, FL 33850; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.POLK.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 20th day of July, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, OF REPLAT OF LOT 1 AND THE NORTH 88.7 FEET OF LOT 3, BLOCK 21, OF ORIGINAL MAP OF CODINGTON, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 63, PAGE 38, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
