Roth AKA Bryan Roth, Debra S. Roth AKA Debra Roth, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. for Countrywide Bank, FSB, Twin Lake at Christina Homeowner's Association, Inc., Unknown Tenant(s), are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the 17th of July, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
