NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 15th day of June, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14000025CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR MASTR ASSET BACKED SECURITIES TRUST 2006-AB1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AB1 is the Plaintiff and KAREN FOISSETT BARRY J. FOISSETT JR.; and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at, 11:00 AM on the 15th day of JULY, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 19, BLOCK 3299, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 44, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 54, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
