NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated May 12, 2015, and entered in Case No. 11-2015-CA-000148-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., is Plaintiff, and DAVID C. HOFF , et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00am the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 8 day of July, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Unit No. A5-101 of Newcastle, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official records Book 1489, Pages 528 to 596, inclusive, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
