NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed Juned 10, 2015 entered in Civil Case No. 14-01842-CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 8 day of July, 2015 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Condominium Unit 206C, IMPERIAL GARDENS, a Condominium, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Record Book 1000, Page 659 through 745, as amended from time to time, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
