NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 10, 2015 entered in Civil Case No.: 11-2015-CA-000578-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II, INC., BEAR STEARNS MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST 2006-AR5, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AR5, Plaintiff, and LUCILLE BRUFF; GOLDEN GATE ESTATES AREA CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC.;, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on the 8 day of July, 2015, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 105 FEET OF THE EAST 180 FEET OF TRACT 31, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT 71, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 7 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
