NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 10, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2015-CA-000128 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Structured Asset Mortgage Investments II Inc., Bear Stearns ALT-A Trust, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-3, is the Plaintiff and Ronald Cole, Unknown Party #1 nka Theodoro Maldonado, Tuscany Cove Master Property Owners Association, Inc., Unknown Party # 2 NKA Lizzette Maldonado , are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 8 day of July, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
