To: All persons listed below, their guardians, heirs and assigns, record owners of the unit week(s)
as shown, all located in Collier County, Florida, comprised of Unit Weeks as more particularly defined in and governed by that certain Declaration of Condominium of Marco Resort & Club, a condominium, recorded in O.R. Book 905, Pages 39 through 170, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and all amendments thereto.
You are hereby given Notice of Sale on behalf of Marco Resort & Club Condominium Association, Inc., a Florida not-for-profit corporation (“Marco Resort”). You have the right to cure your default in the manner set forth in this notice at any time before the trustee issues the certificate of sale.
