Apartment B-3, Building B, CORTEZ PLAZA BUILDING B, according to the Declaration of Condominium Recorded in Official Records Book 484, Page 353, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, and recorded in Condominium Plat Book 2, Page 52, Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to file a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on NATALIA OUELLETTE, Plaintiffs attorney, whose address is Law Office Grant D. Whitworth 14502 N Dale Mabry Hwy, #200, Tampa, Fl., 33618, on or before JULY 10, 2015 (no later than 28 days from the date of the first publication of this notice of action) and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Plaintiffs attorney, or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition filed herein.
