Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered in this cause in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida will sell at public sale to the highest and best bidder for cash, online at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on August 18, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. the property situated in Manatee County, Florida described as follows:
Lots 4 and 5, Orange Estates, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 50, Public Records of Manatee County, Florida; also the North half of vacated alley as described in O.R. Book 947, Page 1700, of said records.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
