U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST, is Plaintiff and DAVID J. FORBES; KELLIE BUTLER A/K/A KELLIE E. FORBES; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY N/K/A TYLER FORBES, are defendants. R.B. 'chips' Shore, Clerk of Court for MANATEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 14th day of July, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
