Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 3 day of June, 2015, and entered in case No. 14-CC-005164 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein THE VILLAGES AT BUCKINGHAM, INC., is the Plaintiff and PETER ZEH, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. SBM TO WORLD SAVINGS BANK, FSB, A FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK, and FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 9 day of July, 2015 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Lot 16, Block 11, THE RESERVE AT BUCKINGHAM, UNIT 2, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 64, Pages 44-45, Public Records of Lee County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
