MORGAN MORTGAGE TRUST 2006-A1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, , is the Plaintiff and George Bruner a/k/a George M. Bruner, Susan Bruner a/k/a Susan S. Bruner, Shadow Wood Preserve Community Association, Inc., are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes , at 9:00am on the 27 day of July, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
