NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 10, 2015, and entered in Case No. 36-2015-CA-050051 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR J.P. MORGAN MORTGAGE TRUST 2006-A1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, , is the Plaintiff and George Bruner a/k/a George M. Bruner, Susan Bruner a/k/a Susan S. Bruner, Shadow Wood Preserve Community Association, Inc., are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes , at 9:00am on the 27 day of July, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
