NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated March 5, 2015, entered in Civil Case No.: 36-2012-CA-057438 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein GREEN TREE SERVCING LLC, is Plaintiff, and DEBORAH K. DINSCHEL AKA DEBORAH K. KENNINGTON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DEBORAH K. DINSCHEL AKA DEBORAH K. KENNINGTON; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR 123LOAN, LLC; CITIFINANCIAL AUTO LTD., INC (MN) FKA ARCADIA FINANCIAL LTD., INC. UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendants.
LINDA DOGGETT, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on the 6th day of July, 2015 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
A PARCEL OF LAND SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TO-WIT: COMMENCING AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE NORTH ONE-HALF OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 26, TOWNSHIP 43 SOUTH, RANGE 24 EAST, RUNNING EAST ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF THE NORTH ONE-HALF OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER A DISTANCE OF 396 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING THENCE CONTINUE EAST ALONG SAID SOUTH LINE A DISTANCE OF 132 FEET; THENCE RUN NORTH PARALLEL; TO THE WEST LINE OF SAID SOUTHEAST QUARTER A DISTANCE OF 658.5 FEET TO THE SOUTH LINE OF THE NORTH ONE-HALF OF THE NORTH ONE-HALF OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER, THEN RUN WEST ALONG SAID SOUTH LINE A DISTANCE OF 132 FEET, THENCE SOUTH AND PARALLEL TO THE WEST LINE OF SAID SOUTHEAST QUARTER A DISTANCE OF 658.5 FEET TO THE POINTE OF BEGINNING.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
