NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2014-CA-052021 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. as Trustee for Banc of America Alternative Loan Trust 2006-5, Plaintiff and Juan P. Torres and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under and against the above named defendant who are unknown to be dead or alive whether said unknown are persons, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on July 10, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
