NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Judgment of Foreclosure and Request for Attorney's Fees dated June 5, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14CA052209 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida wherein ANA MARIA MENDEZ, is Plaintiff and CITY OF CAPE CORAL FLORIDA, FIRST BANK, ADVANTAGE BUILDERS OF AMERICA, INC., CARRIBEAN CUSTOM HOMES, INC., 1463 PROPERTIES, LLC, SBN SWFL I, LLC and YOGENDRA DHANIK are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at “Beginning 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at 9:00 o'clock A.M. on the 8 day of July, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 30 and 31, Block 3860, UNIT 53, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 19, Page 64 through 78 of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
