NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 11th, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-7312-ES of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS, AS TRUSTEE FOR SAXON ASSET SECURITIES TRUST 2005-4, MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-4,is Plaintiff, and ROY BRAXTON; ET AL., are the Defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 14th day of July, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
Commence at the Southeast corner of Lot 8, SHAMROCK COURT, UNIT ONE, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 136, public records of Pasco County, Florida, thence along the East line of Lot 8, run North 01°37' West 194.0 feet for a point of beginning, thence South 88°11'30” West, 106.0 feet, thence North 01°37' West 103.0 feet, thence North 38°11'30” East, 106.0 feet, thence South 01°37' East, 103.0 feet to the point of beginning. TOGETHER with an easement for ingress-egress over the following described parcel: Begin at the Southeast corner of aforesaid Lot 8, thence along the East line of said Lot 8 run North 01°37' West, 297.0 feet, thence North 88°11'30” East, 50.0 feet, thence South 01°37' East, 297.0 feet, thence South 88°11'30” West, 50.0 feet to the point of beginning.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
