NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on May 20, 2015 in Civil Case No. 51-2012-CA-004008-WS/J2, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and CARLA J. TOMPKINS; PASCO COUNTY CONSTRUCTINO BOARD, PASCO COUNTY FLORIDA; ; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Paula O'Neil will sell to the highest bidder for cash www.pasco.realforeclose.com on July 8, 2015 at 11:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 133, HILLANDALE UNIT TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11 PAGES 108 AND 109, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
