NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 18, 2015, and entered in Case No. 51-2014-CA-004169-CAAX-WS of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR OPTION ONE MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-FXD2, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-FXD2, is Plaintiff, and GREGORY W. BRUSSEAU, ET AL., are the Defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 17th day of July, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, DI PAOLA SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 37, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 12717 Pomegranate Lane, Hudson, FL 34667
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
