NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 19, 2015 and entered in Case No. 2014CA002000CAAXES in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida wherein CARRINGTON MORTGAGE SERVICES, LLC was the Plaintiff and MARY R. BENFIELD, ET AL., the Defendant(s), the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 11:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.pasco.realforeclose.com on the 1st day of July, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
ALL THAT CERTAIN LOT OR PARCEL OF LAND SITUATE IN THE COUNTY OF PASCO, STATE OF FLORIDA, AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS LOT 100, GRAND HORIZONS PHASE ONE, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGES 99-102, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS OF THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
