NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated May 18, 2015, entered in Case No. 11-CA-008938 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank, National Association is the Plaintiff and Deborah L. Gingras a/k/a Deborah Lillian Gingras n/k/a Deborah L. Brunelle; Unknown Spouse of Deborah L. Gingras a/k/a Deborah Lillian Gingras n/k/a Deborah L. Brunelle; Unknown Tenant 1; Unknown Tenant 2; and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under or against the above named Defendant(s), who (is/are) not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties claim as heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, lienors, creditors, trustees, spouses, or other claimants; Royal Hills Homeowners Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 6th day of July, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 43, BLOCK B, COUNTRY HILLS EAST UNIT SIX. ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 92, PAGE 45, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
