NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 28 May, 2015, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-013757 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Granite Community Recovery Fund Trust, is the Plaintiff and Martha Lucia Munera a/k/a Martha Munera, Somerset Park Condominium Association, Inc., Unknown Party nka Christopher (refused last name), Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 16th of July, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT NO. 2813 A, BUILDING 3, OF SOMERSET PARK, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15971 PAGES 1 THROUGH 101, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
