NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on May 11, 2015 in Civil Case No. 52-2011-CA-009144, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and AFREM SAMUEL REALTY, LLC; NEIGHBORHOOD G HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION INC.; RICHARD M. TOMMASI; LIDIA TOMMASI; PLACIDO BAYOU COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on July 10, 2015 at 10:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
A PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED IN THE COUNTY OF PINELLAS, STATE OF FLORIDA, AND KNOWN AS: BEING LOT NUMBER 16 BLOCK 5 IN PLACIDO BAYOU UNIT 5 AS SHOWN IN THE RECORDED PLAT/MAP THEREOF IN PLAT BOOK 102 PAGES 34 THROUGH 37 OF PINELLAS COUNTY RECORDS.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
