NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 26, 2015, and entered in Case No. 12-000187-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff and Joshua I. Curtis, et al., are the Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 7th day of July, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 1702C, WOODSIDE VILLAGE, A CONDOMINIUM, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ALL IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF WOODSIDE VILLAGE, A CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN O. R. BOOK 4861, PAGES 1517 THROUGH 1586, INCLUSIVE, AMENDED IN OR BOOK 4930, PAGES 1164 THROUGH 1166, O. R. BOOK 5494, PAGE 301 AND OR BOOK 6411, PAGE 575 AND 576, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA AND AS SHOWN ON PLAT RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 34, PAGES 78 THROUGH 86, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
