NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 26, 2015, and entered in Case No. 08-018531-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein INDYMAC FEDERAL BANK, FSB, is Plaintiff and G. Brett Timberlake, et al., are the Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 7th day of July, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, COUNTRYSIDE NORTH TRACT 3B, PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 88, PAGES 56-57 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 2890 Avon Court, Palm Harbor, FL 34684
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
