NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 13-000467-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, CADENCE BANK, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO ENCORE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO GUARDIAN SAVINGS BANK FKA GUARDIAN SAVINGS & LOAN ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and, RIVERA, DANIEL, et. al., are Defendants, clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 15th day of July, 2015, the following described property:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. 111, TOGETHER WITH A 2.165% SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE CONVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF SEVILLE CONDOMINIUM 7, A CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 3362, PAGE 248, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE PLAT THEREOF, OF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 96 THROUGH 100, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
