NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Order for Final Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause by the Court on June 8, 2015, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the office of Ken Burke, the Clerk of the Pinellas Circuit Court will sell at a public sale to the highest bidder, online at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on July 30, 2015, the following real property located in Pinellas County, Florida, and described as:
Unit 101, Building E, CASA DEL MAR III, a Condominium, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in Official Records Book 4608, Page 1493, and all its attachments and amendments and as recorded in Condominium Plat at Book 26, Pages 18 through 41 and Condominium Plat Book 30, Pages 1 through 23, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 6211 Sun Blvd., Unit 101, Building E, St. Petersburg 33715.
