YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a claim of lien on the following property in Pinellas County, Florida:
That certain Condominium parcel composed of Unit No. 15, Building 18A, Wing “A” NORTHWEST, OF on top of the world unit 41, A CONDOMINIUM and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in O.R. 4559, Page 2171 through 2198, and any amendments thereto, and the plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 25, Page 28, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and more commonly described as 2311 Brisbane Street, #15, Clearwater, Florida, 33763.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, within 30 days after the first publication, on Gerald R. Colen, Esq, Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 7243 Bryan Dairy Road, Largo, FL 33777, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on plaintiff's attorney or immediately after service; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
