NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 22nd day of May, 2015, and entered in Case No. 52-2009-CA-022086, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, whereinFEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and RAFAEL A. REYES; VENETIAN BAY PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; SAILY REYES; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 6th day of July, 2015, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK 2, VENETIAN BAY, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 126, PAGE 54-57 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
