Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated June 2, 2015, entered in Civil Case Number 13-006607-CI, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC is the Plaintiff, and BARBARA A. ODOM, et al., are the Defendants, Ken Burke, CPA, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit No. 11428-3, Building 8, of WINDWARD POINTE CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium, as recorded in O.R. 5206, Pages 1985 through 2108, and any amendments thereto, and the plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 51, Pages 106 through 136, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 15th day of July, 2015. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
