NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 29, 2015, and entered in Case No. 10-012349-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR INDYMAC INDX MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-AR7, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-AR7, is Plaintiff and JASON N. HISAW, ET AL., are the Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 13th day of July, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 20 FEET OF LOT 10, ALL OF LOT 9, AND THE NORTH HALF OF LOT 8, BLOCK 8, OF CRAFTS SUBDIVISION NO. 7, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 58 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
THE SOUTH 10 FEET OF THE NORTH 30 FEET OF LOT 10 , BLOCK 8, OF CRAFTS SUBDIVISION NO. 7, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 58 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
