NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 27, 2015, and entered in Case No. 11-007160-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein TAYLOR, BEAN & WHITAKER MORTGAGE CORP., is Plaintiff and AMARILIS MELENDEZ, ET AL., are the Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 13th day of July, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 22, Block 1, less that part lying within 55 feet of the West line of Section 33, Township 29 South, Range 16 East, CHESTER VILLA, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 16, Page 8, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 15149 Harding Ave, Clearwater, FL 33760
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
