YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, STONEHEDGE RESIDENTS' INCORPORATED, herein in the following described property:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit No. 208, Building E, of IMPERIAL OAKS CONDOMINIUM, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium, as recorded in O.R. 4980, Page 1953, and any amendments thereto, and the plat thereto, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 39, Pages 110 and 111, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 3036 Eastland Blvd. #E208, Clearwater, Florida 33761
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Cianfrone, Nikoloff, Grant, Greenberg & Sinclair, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before 7-20-15, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
