NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 05, 2014, and an order rescheduling sale dated, June 08, 2015, and entered in Case No. 12-012630-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS OF CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-SEA2, is Plaintiff and SHARON ANN CALHOUN, et al., are the Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 13th day of July, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
