NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 22, 2015, and entered in 14-008380-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC D/B/A CHAMPION MORTGAGE COMPANY is the Plaintiff and JOSEPHINE S. THERIAULT; SERALDE FAMILY TRUST; MAINLANDS UNIT SEVEN CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETRAY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on July 06, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 22 OF THE MAINLANDS OF TAMARAC BY THE GULF UNIT SEVEN ACCORDING TO THE PLOT PLAN THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 80, PAGES 74 AND 75, INCLUSIVE, AND THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5886, PAGE 945, ET SEQ., ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, IF ANY.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
