NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 22, 2015, and entered in 14-009403-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein REGIONS BANK DBA REGIONS MORTGAGE is the Plaintiff and GEORGE REEDER A/K/A GEORGE D. REEDER; JOETTA C. REEDER A/K/A JOETTA REEDER; REGIONS BANK, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO AMSOUTH BANK are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on July 06, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 213, RIDGEWOOD GROVES UNIT NINE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 57, PAGE 80, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
