NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 20, 2015, and entered in 11-012196-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE SECURITIES INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-R4 is the Plaintiff and SHEILA APPLING; CAPRI HARBOR SOUTH CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; CAPRI HARBOUR, NUMBER FIVE, INC.; CAPRI HARBOUR, NUMBER FOUR, INC.; CAPRI HARBOUR, NUMBER ONE, INC.; CAPRI HARBOUR, NUMBER SIX, INC; CAPRI HARBOUR, NUMBER THREE, INC.; CAPRI HARBOUR, NUMBER TWO, INC.; MID-WESTERN MORTGAGE COMPANY, INC.; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROY C. SKELTON are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on July 06, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 709, IN BUILDING 7, OF CAPRI HARBOR SOUTH (FORMERLY KNOWN AS CAPRI HARBOR-PHASE II), A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 82, PAGE 127-131, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 5943, AT PAGE 2185 AND AMENDED, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
