NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 22, 2015, and entered in 14-003069-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and COUNTRYSIDE NORTH COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; MAGNOLIA RIDGE CONDOMINIUM I ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; MICHAEL G. BOBICK, AS SOLE BENEFICIARY OF THE ESTATE OF FRANCIS MICHAEL CARUSO A/K/A FRANK MICHAEL CARUSO A/K/A F.M. CARUSO A/K/A FRANK MICHAEL CARUSO A/K/A FRANK M. THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. 903 AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTANT THERETO IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF MAGNOLIA RIDGE CONDOMINIUM I, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5204, AT PAGE 1537, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, AND RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 51, PAGES 87-93 INCLUSIVE AS AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 58, AT PAGE 32 AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 60, PAGES 99 TO 107, INCLUSIVE, TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
