NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered June 2, 2015 in Civil Case No. 14-009116-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is Plaintiff and SILAS CLIFTON GATEWOOD A/K/A SILAS BEACH, CACH, LLC, REGIONS BANK, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO AMSOUTH BANK, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SILAS CLIFTON GATEWOOD A/K/A SILAS BEACH, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 15th day of July, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
All of Lot 26, and Part of Lot 27, Block F, First Addition to Sunset Point, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 95 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, described as follows:
Begin at the Northeast corner of said Lot 26, for the Point of Beginning; thence South 00° 02` 00” East, 290.95 feet; thence Northwesterly along the high water line; thence North 10° 30` 30” East, 270.0 feet to the Northwest corner of said Lot 26, thence South 50° 29` 30” East, along the Southerly right-of-way line of Overbrook Avenue, 64.75 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
