NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on February 20, 2015 in Civil Case No. 13-010592-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY is the Plaintiff, and WILLIE JEAN TURNER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WILLIAN JEAN TURNER; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; UNKNOWN TENANT #1, UNKNOWN TENANT #2, UNKNOWN TENANT #3, UNKNOWN TENANT #4, THE NAMES BEING FICTITIOUS TO ACCOUNT FOR PARTIES IS POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on July 13, 2015 at 10:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
A PART OF LOT 12, UNNUMBERED BLOCK, PALM PARK ADDITION, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 86, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, OF WHICH PINELLAS COUNTY WAS FORMERLY A PART, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGIN AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 12, THENCE NORTH 50 FEET ALONG THE EAST LOT LINE, THENCE WEST 66.7 FEET ALONG THE NORTH LOT LINE THENCE SOUTHERLY 52.97 FEET TO A POINT ON THE SOUTH LOT LINE WHICH IS 85 FEET WEST OF THE POINT OF BEGINNING, THENCE EAST 85 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. TOGETHER WITH THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED TRACT OF LAND, TO-WIT: BEGIN AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 12 FOR P.O.B., THENCE NORT~ 50 FEET, ALONG THE EAST LOT LINE; THENCE EAST 20 FEET TO THE FORMER CENTER LINE OF FICHT AVENUE, OR WASHINGTON STREET, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT OF PALM PARK ADDITION AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 86, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE SOUTH ALONG SAID CENTER LINE AND PARALLEL TO THE EASTERLY BOUNDARY LINE OF SAID LOT 12 A DISTANCE OF 50 FEET; THENCE WEST 20 FEET TO P.O.B. SAID LAND BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS FICHT AVENUE OR WASHINGTON STREET, THE SAME BEING VACATED UNDER DATE OF NOVEMBER 3, 1958, BY RESOLUTION #58-88 OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AND RECORDED IN OR. BOOK 455, PAGE 157, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
