YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, VILLA NUEVA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., herein in the following described property:
Unit No. B-3, of VILLA NUEVA, a Condominium, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 24, Pages 81-84, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 4524, Pages 2007-2074, et seq., together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made, and together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. All as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 7200 Ulmerton Road, #B3, Largo, Florida, 33771.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Cianfrone, Nikoloff, Grant, Greenberg & Sinclair, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before 7-20-2015, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
