CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO, 217C OF ESTANCIA, A CONDOMINIUM PHASE II, A PHASE CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 48 PAGES 92 THROUGH 95 AS AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 70, PAGES 57 THROUGH 61, INCLUSIVE PUBIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, FILED MARCH 12, 1981, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5160 PAGES 1439 THROUGH 1510, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5588, PAGES 1082 THROUGH 1091, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND LIMITED COMMON ELEMENTS DECLARED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM TO BE AN APPURTENANCE TO THE ABOVE CONDOMINIUM UNIT.
