NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 27, 2015, entered in Case No. 12-000479-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein ARLP Trust is the Plaintiff and Robert Courtenay; P & R Renovations and Interiors, Inc.; Rustlewood Condominium Association, Inc.; Unknown Spouse of Robert Courtenay; John Doe; Jane Doe; the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession ; Unknown Tenant(s) are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 13th day of July, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT A-102, BUILDING A, RUSTLEWOOD AT COUNTRYSIDE, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4665, PAGE 132, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS SHOWN IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 27, PAGE 46, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
