RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Vacate Foreclosure Sale Held on December 18, 2014 And Certificate of Title filed March 31, 2015 and entered in Case No. 12-014867-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff, and KATHY L. TREMBLAY, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 29 day of July, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
LOT 12, HERITAGE PLACE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 87, PAGES 95 AND 96, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
