Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated June 5, 2015, entered in Civil Case Number 12-010836-CI , in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR OPTION ONE MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-2 ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-2 is the Plaintiff, and JOHN W LAFORTUNE, et al., are the Defendants, Ken Burke, CPA, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
LOT 8, BLOCK 14, ST.PETERSBURG INVESTMENT CO. SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 16, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 20th day of July, 2015. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
