NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed 21st day of May, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2014-CA-012726-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is Plaintiff and ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST JEAN PATRICK HEAD A/K/A JEAN P. HEAD, DECEASED; MICHAEL DAVID HEAD; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; CITIBANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; CITY OF ORLANDO, FLORIDA; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: WWW.MYORANGECLERK.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 23rd day of July, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15, BLOCK B, PRIMROSE TERRACE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK T, PAGE(S) 71, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No. 2.065.
