NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 7th day of May, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2011-CA-010272-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS AND OR BENEFICIARIES OF THE ESTATE OF JERRY HUGH SMITH SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT NANCY A HAAR NICOLE RADFORD MICHAEL SMITH A/K/A JERRY MICHAEL SMITH SYLVIA SMITH RICHELLE SPECHT SYBRENIA WALDROP UNKNOWN TENANT(S); and IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 9th day of July, 2015 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT NO. 4, BLOCK NO. C, LAUREL PARK SUBDIVISION FIRST ADDITION ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK Y, PAGE 129 ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
