NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated June 15, 2015, and entered in Case No. 48-2014-CA-012879-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR DEUTSCHE ALT-A SECURITIES, INC., MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-4 is the Plaintiff and MACY THU VAN; YOUNG PINE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Tiffany Moore Russell will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 7/20/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
